Ok its 95 degrees here in the Tampa Bay Area with a heat index that can climb to the triple digits! Summer is here and getting out even at 6am does not beat the heat. So I am headed to the gym in the mornings. I love the outside and get bored at the gym, but I am finding if I get some good music or a good audio book, its ok! I can enjoy my workout and I can get my weight training on while I am there.

I will still get some days outside but the treadmill is a great way to dodge the heat. I can even ChiWalk and ChiRun when I stand a little distance back from the console. Remember in using the Chi method you don’t want to lead with your legs. So I am again getting my workout on while enjoying the summer 🌞
