Ok… lacing-up for Week One. I have got a lot going on this week by adding in the weight training with the trainer. Now they are asking for 4 days of the week to commit to. The personal trainer is something I will have to commit to because…I don’t want to pull another muscle by working out the wrong way. Weight training like running requires that you learn the technique in order to prevent injury.
This week I am working out with ChiWalking and speeding it up to aerobic and fitness level. I am committing to 4 days of practice. So my cadence should be about 75 to 85. Don’t forget we have a workshop that begins with ChiWalking on Saturday at Arbor Greene Community and a ChiRunning Workshop on Sunday at Flatwoods park.
