I have really enjoyed my weekly yoga classes. I never understood why so many people once they tried it, loved it. I am now one of those people. Runners World magazine has a wonderful article on the benefits of yoga for runners as well as anyone who is a weekend warrior of any kind take a look.
Although, ChiWalking and ChiRunning help me deal with stress and benefit me physically and I think spiritually also. Yoga takes me to a whole new level of relaxation and meditation. Please check it out.
