It’s October 🍁

I am headed back outside for my morning runs and I love it! Although my workouts on the treadmill have really been better than I once thought, nothing beats working out with the wind beneath your feet. I really was wondering…is it just something I experienced or was there research to support the benefits of exercising outside as opposed to workouts inside. The Huffington Post reports on numerous research supporting that working out outside improves your mood sometimes as much as twice as much as doing the same thing inside take a look at the Huffington Post article.
