Thank you so much for visiting our site today. We appreciate you giving us a look and hope we can be of service to you. Hi my name is Dr. Max Logan, D.B.A., M.Ed. and I am president of GraceWalks. I would like to share a little about myself and how GraceWalks came to be. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work in several career fields ranging from social work to education to business. I have a masters in education and a doctorate in business management with a concentration in mentoring and coaching. But through the years there has been one thing consistent about being successful in any career field and that was my ability to protect and optimize my health. Without good health, there is no success in any area of our lives, relationships with family and friends, our career or spiritual growth. At GraceWalks we want to support you and keep you at your best by providing trainings and activities that have been researched and proven to bring successful results. We understand that your time is valuable and limited; so we are committed to continuously researching activities and methods that give you the greatest value and productivity.  

Trainings and Activities

Chi Coaching with ChiWalking an aerobic safe fitness walking technique that can be used by persons of any age or fitness level and ChiRunning which is a revolution in running techniques because it offers safety and energy efficiency, for longer runs. Both techniques are unique, combining traditional walking and running with the powerful and life changing focuses of Tai Chi for a whole new level of fitness; while reducing your chances for injury and promoting greater body energy efficiency for longer and safer walks and runs. Classes are taught by a Certified ChiWalk/Run trainer and Coaching is also provided for 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon and Full Marathon Race Events. This type of exercise is essential to our health and endurance.    

So if the demands of your job or life requires you to learn fast, deal with stress, be alert, pay attention, remember important things, and keep a positive mood, then you must take exercise more seriously.

We also train you and support your efforts to bring teams together to achieve strategic performance milestones and succession planning.  


  • Healthy Communities / Fitter World (HCFW) is a non-profit company that assists communities in finding solutions to concerns that affect our health and wellbeing.
