Training in activities like ChiRunning and ChiWalking. The technique combines the flow, strength and safety body mechanics of Tai Chi with traditional walking and running. What makes this technique so revolutionary is that, unlike traditional running and power walking, you can now run, and fitness walk without the fear of injury and with greater energy efficiency.

Chi Coaching

The technique of ChiWalking and ChiRunning, combines traditional walking and running with Tai Chi focuses and uniquely moves the body in a manner that is safer (reduces injury) and with greater energy efficiency (endurance). The health benefits regarding the prevention and reduction of major chronic diseases are well documented, as well as the benefits to body, mind and spirit focuses of Tai Chi. 


Healthy Communities / Fitter World is a non-profit organization that works with individuals, companies, organizations and communities to build into their cultures Walk/Run Challenge Events that help fund charities that help their communities.  Sponsored walks are both virtual and site based. We want to showcase you strutting your stuff to make our communities, nation and world a better place for all.
